The bus to Prague departs from Berlin Central Bus Station ZOB Am Funkturm at 7:30 and 15:00 every day.
The bus stops in Dresden (Main Station, 10:00 and 17:30) and Usti nad Labem.
It arrives to Prague (Florenc Central Bus Station) at 12:00 and 19:45.
Some buses continue from Prague to Brno.

There are additional connections outside the above stated times on some days.
